KRE Group has developed, owns, and manages more than 6 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and retail property, as well as 10,000 existing apartments with an additional 5,000 apartments in various stages of approvals and construction.

NYIF received 100% full repayment on the 235 Grand Project with KRE in 2023, despite the banking crisis and higher interest rates.
